Job summary

Qualifications

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Currently pursuing or holding a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Pursuing a degree in Hospitality or Food Management highly preferred.
• Previous related experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Hotel and departmental orientations.
• Train on Forbes standards.
• Shadow restaurant positions to become familiar with duties of each role (Room Dining, Host, Server-Assistant, Tea Server).
• F&B Management Shadow (1–2 weeks).
• Learn the POS system and cash handling/tip-out procedures.
• Participate in daily pre-shift meetings.
• Attend hotel training, if applicable.
• Shadow Executive of F&B Supervisory Role (AM/PM shifts).
• Shadow Banquet and Catering team in departmental roles.
