Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Prepare waters, butters, and creamers; set up and stock meeting rooms.
• Refresh meeting rooms during meals and coffee breaks.
• Clean and return equipment to proper locations.
• Follow the Banquet Event Order instructions.
• Perform multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Represent the venue professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Coordinate with managers about staff, facility, and guest concerns.
• Assist with setup, breakdown, and stocking of work areas.
• Maintain warm, welcoming interactions with guests and colleagues.
• Communicate shifts and availability in a timely manner.
