Job summary

Azul Hospitality Group is seeking a dynamic Food & Beverage Director to direct and organize the F&B functions across resort outlets. You will ensure top quality food, service, and merchandising while maximizing profits and guest satisfaction.

The role requires strong leadership, budgeting, and staff development in a fast-paced, hotel environment. You will coach teams, maintain brand standards, and train new staff on SOPs, safety, and policies.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years F&B operation experience required.
• 3–5 years management experience required.
• Culinary, sales and service background preferred.
• Must be at least 21 to serve alcohol.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification required.

Responsibilities

• Direct and organize Food & Beverage functions within outlets.
• Maintain high standards of food quality, service, and merchandising.
• Control food, beverage and labor costs across departments.
• Lead and coach staff to deliver exceptional guest service.
• Train and cross-train new staff on SOPs and policies.
