Job summary

Azul Hospitality is seeking a banquet bartender to deliver friendly, courteous service for all banquet guests. You will set up the bar, prepare drinks, and assist servers while maintaining a clean, safe service area.

The role requires 1–3 years of high-volume bar experience, strong communication, and a Safe Server certification. You will work in a hotel banquet environment with attention to detail and guest satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–3 years of high-volume bar experience required.
• Safe Server Alcohol & Food certification required.
• Must be at least 21 years of age to serve alcohol.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Sets up bar in banquet rooms prior to each event.
• Prepares drinks for guests and servers for delivery.
• Maintains safe, clean service corridors and handles equipment properly.
• Provides inventory of spirits and assists with opening/closing duties.
• Assists servers and bartenders and supports guest interactions with courtesy.
