Job summary

Ideally, candidate holds a university degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management with at least 2 years of experience as Director of F&B or Assistant Director of F&B in a large property.

Qualifications

• University degree or diploma in Hospitality or Tourism management
• Minimum 2 years work experience as Director of F&B or Assistant Director of F&B in large property
• Good operational, administrative and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities

• Lead the division in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards
• Function as the Business Manager and a Marketing Specialist for the Food and Beverage Department
• Ensure that all outlets and banquets operate successfully and are profitable
