Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Oversee front and back-of-house hotel outlet operations.
• Develop and manage budgets and concepts.
• Coordinate with culinary leaders for menu rotations and staff training.
• Lead payroll, forecasting, inventory, and F&B reporting.
• Ensure guest service standards and resolve complaints.
• Secure compliance with health regulations and Hyatt standards.
• Mentor and coach staff to reflect Hyatt service.
