Responsibilities

• Forecast, monitor and report budgets to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to customer trends and issues to enhance guest experience.
• Develop promotions and buffet presentations to capture local market share.
• Ensure sanitation, safety and compliance with LSOPs and SOPs.
