Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a seasoned restaurant and room service leader to manage multiple food and beverage outlets in a high‑end property. The role emphasizes guest satisfaction, compliance with standards, and financial stewardship.

You will oversee daily operations, lead a team, and drive initiatives to enhance service quality and revenue. The position requires strong supervisory and communication skills within a luxury hotel environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post‑high school education.
• Two+ years of full employment in a related position.
• Hotel experience preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, including budgeting and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service, including breakfast, lunch and dinner.
• Manage Human Resources across outlets: hiring, scheduling, training, coaching, and performance reviews.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs, safety regulations, and local policies while maintaining service quality.
• Forecast and monitor budgets (labor, food, beverage, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to guest feedback to ensure a high‑quality experience and foster repeat business.
