Job summary

HEI Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Restaurant/Outlet Manager to lead the Restaurant, Room Service, Bar, In Room Dining, Regency Club and Honor Bar, ensuring guest satisfaction, quality service, and compliance while hitting financial goals.

You will direct day-to-day operations, manage HR across outlets, forecast budgets, and develop promotions to grow in-house guest share, adhering to LSOPs, safety regs, and hospitality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years of post-high school education.
• Two+ years as a Food and Beverage Manager or Outlet Manager.
• Hotel experience required; Luxury Preferred.
• Knowledge of hotel operations, planning, budgeting and hospitality standards.

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day operations of the restaurant and room service for breakfast, lunch and dinner periods; Direct the day-to-day operations of the bar operations.
• Manage HR across outlets: recruit, train, coach, evaluate, and discipline as needed.
• Implement programs and oversee outlets to ensure compliance with LSOPs, SOPs, safety and regulations; maintain quality and hospitality.
• Forecast and manage outlet budgets (labor, food, beverages, supplies) to maximize revenue and control costs.
• Respond to guest trends and issues to ensure a quality experience and future sales.
• Create and implement promotions to attract in-house guests and grow local market share.
• Maintain sanitation and maintenance across outlets and equipment; ensure asset protection.
• Adhere to attendance; able to work weekends and PM shifts; perform other duties as assigned.
