Job summary

Hotel Equities seeks a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to lead hotel operations, drive service standards, and support business goals. You will manage schedules, training, and performance, while ensuring brand compliance and strong guest satisfaction across the F&B function.

You will coach teams, analyze financials, and implement improvements, collaborating with hotel leadership and other departments to deliver exceptional hospitality experiences.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree preferred for director-level roles.
• Previous hotel or hospitality experience appropriate to the position.
• Supervisory or leadership experience preferred for management roles.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to analyze information and make sound operational decisions.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and direction for assigned hotel operations and associates.
• Set clear expectations and monitor performance, productivity, and service standards.
• Coach, train, develop, and recognize associates to support engagement and retention.
• Monitor operational and financial performance and take appropriate action to achieve goals.
• Ensure compliance with Hotel Equities standards, brand requirements, and company policies.
• Respond effectively to guest concerns and support a consistent service-recovery culture.
• Manage schedules, staffing, supplies, and departmental resources as appropriate.
• Review reports, trends, and key performance information to support sound decisions.
• Communicate effectively with hotel leadership and other departments.
• Support recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and succession planning as appropriate.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
