Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Help customers find eyeglasses and contact lenses matching prescriptions.
• Provide exceptional customer service to drive retention and satisfaction.
• Assist with frame selection, measurements, and dispensing eyewear.
• Suggest lenses, coatings, and frames based on needs and lifestyle.
• Record patient interactions in practice software and manage orders.
