Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success by managing optical and lab processes. You will lead a team, support sales, and ensure high-quality eyewear and service for customers.

The role requires a HS diploma or GED with strong optical/retail experience, leadership ability, and excellent communication and problem-solving skills. It includes responsibilities in lab operations where applicable and maintaining equipment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Ensure LensCrafters team provides unsurpassed Customer Service.
• Proactive and solution-driven, accurate execution and product knowledge.
• Assists customers with selections, provides recommendations, assists sales associates.
• Acts as a responsible alternate store key holder.
• In lab (if applicable), custom fits glasses and places prescriptions in lenses.
• Supports knowledge sharing and training for lab techs and store staff.
• Keeps lab tools and systems clean and maintained to standards.
