LensCrafters is seeking a Team Lead to deliver exceptional customer service and drive store success by managing key optical and lab processes. You will guide sales associates and ensure accurate product knowledge while maintaining a welcoming customer experience.

The role requires HS diploma, strong optical/retail background, leadership, and excellent communication. Benefits and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required.
• Strong optical and retail experience required.
• Knowledge of optical theory and merchandise preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Leadership and training experience preferred.
• Edging and mounting experience beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service and lead store team for sales and service goals.
• Assist customers with selections, provide recommendations and support sales staff.
• Serve as an alternate store key holder and ensure security of the store.
• In lab duties, assist in custom fits, tool maintenance and process quality.
