Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering a best-in-class vision care experience. Training will be provided for those new to optics, and you will help patients see, look, and live their best lives while contributing to a friendly, fast-paced office environment.

You will assist patients in selecting eyewear, explain insurance benefits, and work toward office goals. Weekend/evening shifts may be required as part of the role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role preferred.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry and services.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and understand patient needs.
• Assist with eyewear/frame/lens selection and educate on options.
• Help meet sales and office goals through excellent patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Assist with fitting, measuring, and adjusting eyewear.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for seamless visits.
