Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver a best-in-class patient experience. You will support doctors and teams to help patients see, look, and be their best, with training provided for all eyewear products and services.

Some weekend and evening shifts are required as part of the role. You will assist patients with frame and lens selections, explain insurance benefits, and help meet office sales goals through expert service and relationship-building with the community.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role is preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry, products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a proactive, can-do attitude.
• Friendly, patient-centric approach and collaboration with team.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and understand their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection with knowledge of products.
• Help achieve sales plans and office goals through relationship building.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Use provided training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Model MyEyeDr. values and brand in every patient interaction.
• Support other office duties as assigned.
