Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering a best-in-class patient experience. You will learn about eyewear products, assist patients in selecting frames and lenses, and help explain insurance benefits while contributing to sales goals.

No optical experience? Training and tools will be provided to learn the industry and deliver high-quality vision care to our patients. Weekend and evening shifts may be required as part of this role.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position preferred but not required.
• Proactive problem solver with entrepreneurial spirit.
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric attitude.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through patient relationship-building.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Use training to fit,Measure, and adjust glasses from a wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist to support patient care.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Promote MyEyeDr. values and brand in patient interactions.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
