Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our team and deliver personalized eyecare with a focus on customer service and patient satisfaction. Training will be provided to learn about our wide selection of eyewear and insurance benefits.

You will work with doctors and a knowledgeable team to help patients see, look, and be their best, including some weekends and evenings as shifts require.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about industry, product and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal-driven mindset and positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Deliver sales plans and office goals through relationship-based patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits comprehensively to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company training.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist and team for seamless patient experience.
• Communicate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
