Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using knowledge of products and options.
• Deliver sales plans and office goals through strong patient relationships.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyewear.
• Collaborate with optometrist and team to serve patients.
• Represent MyEyeDr. values and brand in interactions with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
