MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support doctors and teams in delivering a best-in-class patient experience. Training will be provided to learn about eyewear and industry practices, with some weekend and evening shifts required.

You will help patients see, look, and be their best by assisting with frame and lens selections, explaining insurance benefits, and contributing to a welcoming, high-performing office culture.

Formación

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role is preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry and services.
• Proactive problem solving with a can-do attitude.
• Ability to meet office goals and deliver great patient experiences.

Responsabilidades

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising on needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through a positive patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits clearly to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyewear with company tools and training.
• Collaborate with the Office Optometrist and team to serve patients.
