Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an energetic Eyewear Consultant to join our team in Sturbridge. You will support doctors and staff to deliver a best-in-class vision care experience for patients, guiding them through eyewear and lens options.

No optical experience is required; training will be provided. Weekend and evening shifts may be required. You will learn about products, insurance benefits, and how to help patients see and look their best.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred.
• Willing to learn eyewear products and services.
• Desire to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and understand patient needs.
• Assist with eyewear/frame and lens selection.
• Deliver on sales goals through patient-centered experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses with provided training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team for seamless patient care.
• Support other office duties as assigned.
