Job summary

MyEyeDr. is hiring an Eyewear Consultant to provide outstanding customer service and guide patients through eyewear choices from our diverse frames and lenses. Training will be provided to learn our product lines and services, including insurance benefits.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing experience preferred, but not required.
• Willing to learn about eyewear products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service and understand patient needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection and educate on options.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Assist with fitting, measuring, and adjusting eyewear with provided tools.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Support office duties as assigned.
