Job summary

MyEyeDr. in the United States is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to help patients see and look their best. You will work with doctors and a supportive team, learning about frames, lenses, and insurance benefits while delivering a best-in-class patient experience.

No optical experience? No problem—the company provides training and tools. Weekend and evening shifts are required at times as you contribute to sales goals and a caring, patient-centered environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position preferred but not required.
• Proactive problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to sell with a 'can do' attitude and meet office goals.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals by building a trusted patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide eyewear selection.
• Collaborate with Office Optometrist to serve patients with chosen lenses or frames.
• Work with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy with patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
