Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our Reston office for personalized eyecare and a best-in-class patient experience. No optical experience?

No problem—training and tools will be provided to learn about eyewear, frames, lenses, and our product lines. Some weekend and evening shifts required. As part of the team you will help patients choose eyewear, explain insurance benefits, and work with doctors to ensure seamless visits while contributing to sales goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role preferred.
• Willingness to learn about eyewear industry and products.
• Able to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and assess patient needs.
• Assist with eyewear selection and educate on fit.
• Meet sales goals while delivering a great patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients.
• Perform fitting and adjustments with provided training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure seamless visit.
• Support office duties as assigned.
