MyEyeDr is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our team and help patients see and look their best. No optical experience required; training and tools are provided. You’ll support doctors and staff, guide frame and lens choices, and ensure a warm, patient-centered experience in a fast-paced office.

Weekend and some evenings are required as part of the role, with opportunities to grow through role-specific training and associate discounts on products.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position (Retail, Hospitality or Optical field preferred, but not required).
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal-driven mindset and positive attitude.

Responsabilités

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection by educating on fit and options.
• Meet office sales and service goals through trust-based patient relationships.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Support measurements, fittings, and adjustments with the optometrist team.
• Collaborate with doctors and staff to ensure a seamless patient experience.
