Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to lead store sales, coach associates, and partner with the Brand Manager to drive performance. This on-site role develops talent, executes action plans, and fosters a positive team atmosphere while supporting store operations and lab workflow.

You will train and coach staff, analyze sales reports, ensure customer service excellence, and help maintain brand standards in collaboration with Clinical and Lab teams.

Qualifications

• Demonstrated leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and executing sales strategies and directing a sales team.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication skills across diverse groups.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty to achieve objectives.
• Coordinate recruiting and training, and develop store associates.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and Lab to ensure smooth operations.
• Ensure timely delivery and lab production alignment with standards.
