Job summary

Stanton Optical Brand is seeking a Sales Manager for an on-site store location. You will lead sales efforts, coach associates, and partner with Clinical services and Lab staff to ensure top customer service and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies and directing a sales team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed personal and store goals while delivering outstanding customer service experience.
• Support Brand Manager duties frequently acting as Manager on duty to accomplish objectives including recruiting and training team members.
• Build strong partnerships with Clinical services and Lab staff; analyze reports to ensure goals are met.
• Ensure lab production meets standards and deliver orders accurately and on time.
• Oversee customer repairs, lens edging, and timely delivery; maintain brand standards in the lab area.
• Communicate with Support Center and HR to align operations and staffing.
