Job summary

Stanton Optical is seeking a Sales Manager to act as the sales leader under the Brand Manager, driving store performance and coaching associates. This on-site role emphasizes building a results-driven team atmosphere, training staff, and partnering with Clinical services and Lab staff to meet service goals.

You will analyze performance data, recruit and develop talent, and ensure customer service standards while delivering eyewear with accuracy and timeliness.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leadership in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Experience planning and implementing sales strategies.
• Ability to multitask and adapt to changing business needs.
• Strong communication with a diverse group of people.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales to exceed store goals while delivering strong customer service.
• Support Brand Manager duties and act as Manager on duty.
• Lead talent acquisition and development in partnership with HR.
• Collaborate with Clinical services and Lab staff to meet service goals.
• Ensure timely and accurate customer repairs and eyewear delivery.
• Maintain brand standards in the lab area and report issues.
