Job summary

LensCrafters in Omaha, part of EssilorLuxottica, seeks an Urgent Care Lead to deliver brand value in-store by executing lab and retail processes and ensuring customer satisfaction. You will support sales and maintain high standards for eyewear and service.

The role requires optical/retail experience, strong leadership, and an HS diploma. Edging and mounting skills are preferred, with a focus on quality and safety in all operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum HS diploma or GED is required.
• 1+ year experience in optical retail or related field.
• Knowledge of current optical theory and merchandise.
• Experience with edging and mounting lenses.

Responsibilities

• Custom fits glasses and precisely place prescription in lenses.
• Work with associates to strengthen knowledge and skills for lens and lab processes.
• Ensure finished eyewear meets optical standards and customer requirements.
• Create a safe working environment and maintain lab tools and systems.
• In Retail, ensure exceptional customer service and assist in selections.
