LensCrafters in the United States is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to enhance the patient experience and deliver high-quality optometric care. You will connect clinical and retail functions, greet customers, explain services, and process prescriptions with precision.

Responsibilities include assisting in frame/lens selection, handling orders, and supporting the optical team in a dynamic retail setting while upholding HIPAA and security procedures.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to handle cash register and basic computer tasks.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and answer calls in a friendly manner.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products, and services clearly.
• Assist in frame and lens selection based on vision and lifestyle.
• Process prescriptions, orders, and invoices accurately.
• Operate POS system and handle payments per procedures.
• Maintain store appearance and comply with HIPAA requirements.
• Support pre-exam testing and contact lens care guidance.
