You will bridge doctor and retail functions, greet customers, explain tests, process orders, and maintain patient records with care and accuracy. The role emphasizes sales, service, and HIPAA compliance within a fast-paced store environment.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to solve problems and sell effectively.
• Familiar with cash handling, registers and basic math.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide helpful service.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to patients.
• Assist frames and lenses selection based on needs and budget.
• Coordinate with Optician/Doctor for referrals and allowances.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and privacy.
• Operate POS, process payments and issue receipts accurately.
• Keep store displays visually appealing and organized.
• Handle orders, shipments and invoicing as needed.
