Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare by supporting our trusted community of doctors and teams who help patients see, look, and be their best. No optical experience?

You will receive training and tools to learn about an industry that provides a best-in-class experience. You will gain training, provide exceptional customer service, assist with frame and lens selection, explain insurance benefits, and collaborate with the Office General Manager.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience is preferred but not required.
• Willingness to learn about the eyewear industry, products, and services.
• Ability to sell with a can-do attitude to meet office goals.
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric approach in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection by using product knowledge to educate on best fit
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through a patient-centric experience built on trust
• Provide patients with a comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide eyewear selection
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy in interactions with patients
• Participate in other office duties as assigned
