Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide personalized eyecare and assist patients in selecting eyewear while supporting a community of doctors. Training and tools will be provided to learn about the industry and deliver a best-in-class experience.

The role reports to the Office General Manager with some weekend and evenings shifts required. You will join a team that values patient satisfaction, collaboration, and growing your career in vision care.

Qualifications

• Customer-facing or sales experience preferred but not required.
• Willing to learn about eyewear industry, products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a “can do” attitude.
• Friendly, caring, and patient-centric demeanor.
• Team player who collaborates to provide the best patient experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge to educate on best fit.
• Consistently deliver sales plan and office goals through building relationships and trust with patients.
• Provide comprehensive explanation of insurance benefits to patients.
• Utilize training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from the available eyewear.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to provide seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
