Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to deliver personalized eyecare and support a trusted team of doctors. No optical experience?

Training will be provided to help you learn our industry and provide a best-in-class patient experience. You will support the Office General Manager and may work some weekends and evenings. You will assist patients with eyewear and lens selection, explain insurance benefits, and contribute to meeting sales goals while delivering top-notch service in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Experience in a customer facing or sales related position.
Willingness to learn about industry, product and services.
Proactive problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.

Responsibilities

Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
Assist patients in eyewear selection using knowledge of product lines to educate on best fit.
Deliver sales plan and office goals through a patient experience built on trust.
Explain insurance benefits to patients.
Use training to fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses from a wide eyewear selection.
Collaborate with Office Optometrist to serve patient and lenses/frames.
Work with doctors and team to provide a seamless patient experience.
