Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to provide personalized eyecare and support a trusted community of doctors and teams. No optical experience? Training and tools will be provided to learn about products, services, and the patient-focused experience that helps patients see their best lives.

This role reports to the Office General Manager with some weekend/evening shifts required, and includes a comprehensive benefits package and opportunities for bonuses and commissions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position is preferred.
• Proactive problem solving with an entrepreneurial spirit.
• Willing to learn about industry, product, and services.
• Ability to sell with a goal-oriented attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service and advise on needs.
• Assist in eyewear selection using product knowledge and options.
• Contribute to sales plans and meet office goals through strong patient experience.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyewear using company tools and training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure seamless patient experience.
• Demonstrate MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy to patients.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
