Job summary

MyEyeDr. is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to support our doctors and teams in delivering a best-in-class eye care experience. No optical experience is required; training and tools are provided to learn about eyewear options and insurance explanations, while contributing to a trusted patient journey.

Join a fast-paced, patient-centric team where you’ll help patients see, look, and be their best, with weekend/evening shifts as needed and opportunities to grow within the practice.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales role.
• Willing to learn about optical products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising the patient’s needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using knowledge of product lines.
• Deliver sales plan and office goals through a great patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using company training.
