Job summary

MyEyeDr is seeking an Eyewear Consultant to join our team and deliver a best-in-class patient experience. You’ll support doctors and staff, learn about eyewear, and help patients see and look their best.

Training is provided, and no optical experience is required to start. You will handle customer service, assist with frame and lens selections, explain insurance benefits, and contribute to meeting office goals.

Qualifications

• Experience in a customer-facing or sales role is preferred.
• Willing to learn about industry, products and services.
• Ability to meet office goals with a positive attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding patient needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear/frame/lens selection using product knowledge.
• Deliver sales plans by creating a positive patient experience built on trust.
• Explain insurance benefits to patients clearly and accurately.
• Fit, measure, and adjust eyeglasses using provided training.
• Collaborate with doctors and team to ensure a seamless patient experience.
• Convey MyEyeDr. values and brand philosophy in patient interactions.
• Participate in other office duties as assigned.
