Qualifications

• Experience in a customer facing or sales related position is preferred.
• Willingness to learn about industry, product and services.
• Proactive problem-solving with entrepreneurial spirit and a can-do attitude.

Responsibilities

• Provide patients with exceptional customer service by understanding and advising their needs.
• Assist patients in eyewear selection using knowledge of product lines to educate on best fit.
• Deliver sales results through a strong patient experience and relationship building.
