Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics, Ltd. is hiring a Specialty Sales Manager in the Portland, OR area to lead a high-performing field team for our presbyopia therapy YUVEZZI™.

You will build relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, turning clinical value into everyday adoption while driving initial scripts to durable growth. You will report to the Area Sales Director and own the territory plan, educate with compliant data reviews and trainings, and influence practice workflow to integrate our

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• 2+ years of documented sales success required; pharma or healthcare selling a plus.
• Eye-care or ophthalmic sales experience preferred; pharma launch experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets, manage funnel and forecasts.
• Educate & influence: lead compliant in-office reviews and trainings with Eyecare pros.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors for adoption.
• Position and drive adoption of out-of-pocket therapies with value messaging.
• Document customer feedback and insights; share with internal partners.
• Execute the brand strategy and support regional/national meetings.
• Adhere to compliance requirements and adverse event reporting.
