Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to drive a launch in the Providence, RI area. You will build the local field network, establish relationships with Optometrists and Ophthalmologists, and convert early scripts into durable growth.

You will own territory plans, exceed sales targets, manage the funnel, and deliver compliant in-office data reviews and trainings to drive adoption of YUVEZZI™.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of a documented track record of success in sales is required; pharmaceutical, medical, or closely related sales experience is a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Start-up experience is a plus.
• Comfort with selling cash-pay/elective therapies and discussing affordability with practices and patients.
• Currently have and maintain an unexpired driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan: segmentation, call cadence, routing, and coverage across independent OD/MD practices and multi-location groups.
• Deliver results: meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and activity metrics with CRM.
• Educate & influence: lead in-office data reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare professionals.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors and equip staff to convert interest to usage.
• Position and drive adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy with clear value expectations.
• Document customer feedback and share insights with internal partners.
• Execute brand strategy and digital tools; support regional/national meetings and events.
• Adhere to compliance, adverse event reporting, and HCP interaction standards.
