Job summary

Tenpoint Therapeutics in the U.S. is launching YUVEZZI™ for presbyopia and seeking a Specialty Sales Manager to cover New Jersey. You’ll build relationships with optometrists and ophthalmologists, translate clinical value into routine adoption, and convert first scripts into durable growth.

You will report to the Area Sales Director, reside in New Jersey, and lead territory plans, funnel management, and compliant in-office trainings while supporting the national launch playbook.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree (or equivalent experience).
• 2+ years of documented sales success required; pharma/medical sales a plus.
• Eye-care or contact lens sales preferred.
• Pharma launch experience preferred.
• Startup experience is a plus.
• Currently have and maintain an unexpired driver’s license and maintain a satisfactory driving record.

Responsibilities

• Own the territory plan across OD/MD practices, multi-location groups, and accounts.
• Meet/exceed sales targets; manage funnel, forecasts, and CRM metrics.
• Educate & influence through in-office reviews, trainings, and lunch-and-learns with Eyecare professionals.
• Translate clinical evidence into simple practice behaviors and tools for staff.
• Position and drive adoption of an out-of-pocket therapy; set value expectations.
• Capture field insights and share with internal partners.
• Launch excellence: execute brand strategy, support meetings, and share best practices.
