Physicians Eyecare Group in Bakersfield, CA seeks a Doctor Technician to deliver outstanding patient service and support the clinical and retail teams. You will assist with pre-testing, refraction, contact lens care and product promotions.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience delivering outstanding customer service to patients and/or customers.
• Associate degree or advanced certification beyond high school diploma.
• Knowledgeable about Microsoft Suite 365.
• Optical experience is a plus.
• Schedule flexibility; hours determined by business needs.

Responsibilities

• Greet patients and customers and identify needs to promote products and services.
• Schedule and confirm appointments; assist management with complaint resolution.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and ensure data accuracy.
• Assist in clinical and lab tasks, including basic repairs and lens edging.
• Support both clinical and retail teams to achieve metrics and store goals.
