Job summary

LensCrafters in Monrovia, CA is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, greet customers, and support optical exams and fitting processes.

You will handle POS transactions, explain services, assist with frame selections, and maintain accurate patient records in line with HIPAA. Strong customer service and basic math are essential; previous retail experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• High School graduate with strong customer service skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and eyewear.
• Excellent communication and listening abilities.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide courteous service.
