Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure high-quality patient care in a busy store environment.

You will greet customers, explain services, and assist with frames and lenses, while collaborating with Optometrists and Retail Management to meet store goals. This role emphasizes customer service, accuracy, and HIPAA-compliant handling of records.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to explain paperwork and tests to customers.
• Familiarity with cash registers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with eyewear selections on the floor.
• Explain required paperwork, tests, products and services to customers.
• Process prescriptions and ensure HIPAA compliant record handling.
• Operate POS system for purchases and payments.
• Maintain store appearance and stock, support eye care staff as needed.
• Provide coaching and guidance to patients on contact lens care.
