LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, guiding customers through frames, lenses and care. The role involves pre-exam testing coordination, billing, and HIPAA-compliant handling of patient records in a fast-paced store environment.

Ideal candidates will have strong customer service, basic math, and cash handling skills, with a focus on accurate product explanations and excellent communication.

Formación

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of cash handling and basic math.
• Familiar with cash register and computer systems.
• Sales-focused with ability to describe lenses and frames.

Responsabilidades

• Greet customers promptly and assist with lens and frame selection.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products, and services to patients.
• Review prescriptions and seek guidance as needed.
• Operate POS and collect payments securely.
• Maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records and inventory.
• Provide pre-exam testing and contact lens care guidance.
• Ensure store visuals and promotions are up to standard.
