LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience in our store. You will greet customers, guide them through eyewear options, explain tests and paperwork, and support both retail and ~optometric functions.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and ability to upsell eyewear.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and answer inquiries with a friendly manner.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to patients.
• Assist with pre-examination testing and explain measurements.
• Coach patients on contact lens care and handling.
• Maintain patient records per HIPAA guidelines.
• Operate POS system with accuracy and process payments.
