LensCrafters in Florida seeks an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience, linking doctor and retail functions and ensuring high-quality optometric care. You will drive the store's KPIs by executing patient experiences and brand storytelling with accuracy.

The role emphasizes exceptional customer service, knowledge of lenses and frames, and ability to manage prescription details while maintaining HIPAA compliance.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly.
• Answers the telephone promptly (3 rings).
• Explains paperwork, tests, products, and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information carefully; identifies needs.
• Shows patience with indecisive customers.
• Performs work accurately under time pressure.
• Resolves issues with unsatisfied customers quickly.
• Manages appointment book and computer procedures.
• Maintains patient records per HIPAA.
• Processes contact lens orders and invoices.
