LensCrafters in Annapolis, MD is seeking a Part-Time EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and support both the doctor and retail teams. You will greet customers, explain tests and products, schedule appointments, and help manage patient records with HIPAA compliance.

The role emphasizes strong customer service, product knowledge, and accurate POS transactions. This position offers a flexible schedule with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers within 30 seconds.
• Answer the telephone promptly (3 rings).
• Explain all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Review prescriptions and patient information carefully; consult with Optician/Doctor when needed.
• Maintain patient records in compliance with HIPAA.
• Operate the POS system accurately and collect payments following procedures.
