Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the brand experience and ensure top-quality optometric care. You will greet customers, explain services, and support both the doctor and retail functions in a fast-paced store environment.

You will handle appointments, assist with frame and lens selection, process orders, and maintain HIPAA-compliant patient records while upholding store standards and promotions.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service skills (internal and external).
• Knowledge of current fashion trends.
• Strong communicator and listener.
• Problem solving ability.
• Familiarity with cash register, computers and calculators.
• Organization skills.
• Sales skills.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Knowledge of office and store merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greets customers promptly and courteously.
• Explains required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information with HIPAA diligence.
• Identifies and resolves customer issues quickly and effectively.
• Operates POS system and collects payments securely.
• Maintains store appearance and merchandising per guidelines.
• Assists customers in frame and lens selection based on lifestyle and budget.
• Handles contact lens orders and invoices.
