Job summary

LensCrafters is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to deliver the LensCrafters Experience and ensure high-quality patient care. You will greet customers, explain services, process transactions, and support both the doctor and retail teams to meet store KPIs.

The role emphasizes strong communication, fashion sense, and the ability to manage details in a fast-paced environment. Part-time position with benefits and incentives depending on location.

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Knowledge of current fashion trends and merchandise.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers promptly and provide a helpful, friendly service.
• Explain paperwork, tests, products and services to customers.
• Maintain accurate patient records per HIPAA and store procedures.
• Assist in lens/frame selection and ensure proper measurements and fitting.
• Support optometrist and staff with clinical and retail tasks as needed.
