LensCrafters, part of EssilorLuxottica, is seeking an EyeCare Advisor to create exceptional value for customers by delivering the LensCrafters Experience. You will ensure high-quality optometric care and support the store's KPIs by linking the doctor and retail functions.

The role involves pre-examination testing, patient guidance on contact lenses, and maintaining accurate records while upholding HIPAA. Training provided for product knowledge and cross-functional collaboration.

Qualifikationen

• High School graduate or equivalent.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers, computers and calculators.

Aufgaben

• Greets customers within 30 seconds.
• Answers the telephone promptly (3 rings).
• Explains all required paperwork, tests, products and services.
• Reviews prescriptions and patient information with care; consults with Optician/Doctor when needed.
• Keeps patient records organized and HIPAA-compliant.
• Operates POS with accuracy and processes payments correctly.
